Hints when writing a film

I'm working on a secret project right now and I've had to find a way to structure  many scenes at a glance. I came up with my own method which is different from this, but I still thought is was an interesting read. I think I'd use a similar model if I had to write a book (I don't see that happening anytime soon!).
